Tourism village development strategy using Analytic Network Process (ANP)

This study aims to analyze the problems that occur in management of tourism villages and develop strategies solutions overcome existing problems. research was conducted Banjaran Village, Purbalingga, Indonesia. The using a mixed method, namely qualitative-quantitative; this method used capture value or view experts practitioners about Tourism Villages Purbalingga Regency. analysis is ANP (Analytic Network Process) method. respondents selected were experts, practitioners, academics, regulators competent village management. results showed arise developing potential are five main aspects: Human Resources (HR), capital management, institutions, conflicts interest, promotion. priority offered considered be able solve development divided into six keys, namely, for resolution HR by increasing competence then recruiting workers. In solution do systematic bookkeeping, make appropriate regulations, carry out regular coordination, communication, deliberation. answer conflict interest problem put community’s interests first agree.
